R2011-28 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FY-2011 <br /> OPERATING ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> - FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mass Transit Administrator be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to file an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit <br /> Administration, for an amended Operating Assistance Grant for FY-2011 in the amount of <br /> $1,044,859, and that said officer be, and he is hereby further directed and authorized to sign and <br /> execute such documents as are necessary to effect and complete said grant. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of March,2011. <br /> MI HAEL .
