R2011-23 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> MUNIS SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Support and License Agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for MUNIS Software <br /> be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
