2. Construction of additional sewer conveyance capacity; <br /> 3. Construction of storage basins or tanks within the system; and <br /> 4. Tasks to reduce private property UI contributions including private <br /> property inflow inspections (e.g. sump pump inspections) and/or <br /> smoke testing. <br /> ii. An estimation of the cost of each alternative considered; <br /> iii. An estimation of the benefit(in terms of either the UI in gallons removed or <br /> SSOs,Unauthorized Combined Overflows and Property Backups <br /> prevented); <br /> iv. A green infrastructure evaluation that will consider potential green <br /> infrastructure measures to reduce and/or eliminate sources of UI; <br /> v. A prioritization of the altematives and a schedule for implementation of the <br /> alternatives chosen,with a final completion date of the chosen alternatives <br /> no later than December 31, 2018; and <br /> vi. Analysis of the cost effectiveness of the chosen alternatives, including the <br /> impacts on Respondent's user rates. <br /> 47. After EPA's review of Respondent's submission of the Sewer Collection System <br /> Alternatives Analysis, EPA shall either approve or provide cornments concerning the <br /> Sewer Collection System Alternatives Analysis. <br /> 48. Within 90 days of receipt of any EPA comments on the Sewer Collection System <br /> Altematives Analysis, Respondent shall address those comments through submission of <br /> responses and/or a revised Sewer Collection System Alternatives Analysis. <br /> 49. After EPA's review of Respondent's submission of responses andlor a revised Sewer <br /> Collection System Alternatives Analysis, EPA shall either approve, disapprove, or <br /> provide additional comments to be addressed by the Respondent within a tixne period <br /> specified by EPA. <br /> 50. Within 60 days of EPA's approval of the Sewer Collection System Alternatives Analysis, <br /> Respondent shall begin implementing the recommendations of the Sewer Collection <br /> System Alternatives Analysis as approved or amended by EPA on the schedule contained <br /> in the approved Sewer Collection System Alternatives Analysis. The implementation <br /> schedule, as approved or amended by EPA shall be incorporated into this Order. <br /> 51. If EPA detertnines that Respondent unsatisfactorily responded to EPA's comments <br /> concerning the disapproved Sewer Collection System Alternatives Analysis, Respondent <br /> 9 <br />
