' ------- - <br /> South Water Treatment Plant Concrete Repairs <br /> ' � City Project 2015-06 <br /> August 28,201� <br /> ' ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> ' TO PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> MOUND CENTER PARI�NG LOT REHABILITATION � <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-06 <br /> ' DATED AUGUST,2015 <br /> AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> ' 1.01 This Addendum No. 1, dated August 27, 2015,to the Plans, Specifications and <br /> Contract Documents for the above captioned project, supersedes a11 contrary and <br /> ' conflicting information of the above mentioned bid proposal documents,which are <br /> hereby supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> ' AD-1-Z SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 2.01 Add the following special provisions to the Special Provisions section of the plans: <br /> ' SP-9 CRACK FILLING <br /> ' Description: Crack filling is to be performed according to IDOT Standard <br /> Spec�cations for Road and Bridge Construction,however routing of the cracks will not be <br /> required. <br /> ' Basis of Payment: All labor and materials necessary to complete this work will be <br /> included in the contract unit price per POUND for CRACK FILLING. <br /> , SP-10 PARHING LOT SEAL COAT <br /> ' Description: Sealing is to be started after any crack work or patchi.ng is complete. <br /> Apply two coats of emulsion sealer.Pavement and ambient temperatures must be above 50 <br /> degrees Fahrenhert v�nth no temps anticipated below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for 48 hours.First <br /> coat of sealer may be applied by spray or squeegee with an application rate no less than 0.20 <br /> , gallons per square yard. Second coat shall be sprayed with an application rate no less than <br /> 0.10 gallons per square yard. Immediately before the sealer application,the surface sha11 be <br /> clean of dirt, debris and foreign material.
