As a partner, you are also afforded access to our team of <br /> more than 15 marketing & public relations professionals who excel in the areas of graphic design, <br /> advertising, campaign strategy, grass roots efforts, viral marketing and website development. <br /> The following provides details regarding the proposed initiatives with which we can assist you. A <br /> corresponding price structure is given based on the initiatives as described within this proposal. <br /> Thank you again for the opportunity! <br /> Goals: <br /> ➢ Educate the community about the new recycling opportunity <br /> o Simple, user friendly <br /> o Opportunity to create a more sustainable community <br /> o Cost efficient <br /> ➢ Maximize community involvement in new recycling program (Current recycling I <br /> participation at 15% - Goal to increase to 80% over by the end of 2011) <br /> ➢ Engage community members across age groups, form children to elderly, to become <br /> invested in sustainable practices <br /> ➢ Adopt streamlined waste removal systems with minimum community resistance <br /> Outline: Marketing & PR Initiatives <br /> The following details our recommendations for marketing and public relations initiatives to help promote <br /> your business. <br /> I. BRAND DEVELOPMENT <br /> DCC will create an identifiable brand around the recycling effort that will resonate with the <br /> community and be recognized as the mark of a more sustainable community. The brand will <br /> include a logo that will be rolled into all promotional material, collateral pieces, the education <br /> campaign and the web page. <br /> DCC will also create/illustrate a traveling mascot/character that will be used in educational <br /> efforts, especially at schools along with family and children's events to help kids and families <br /> understand the impact and benefits of recycling. <br /> II. ADVERTISING & MARKETING MATERIALS <br /> DCC will handle all aspects of inedia planning including inquiries, planning, negotiation and <br /> placement of ads.
