1 <br /> � � <br /> � <br /> C. Duties of City <br /> The City agrees to: <br /> 1. make all equipment available to Decatur Industrial Electric including removal from <br /> service, switching, and operation of equipment and de-energizing as required to <br /> electrically isolate equipment and permit a continuous progression of work, <br /> 2. Provide lighted areas for setup and use of test equipment, <br /> 3. Provide 120 VAC power for test equipment, <br /> 4. Provide the services of a Project Coordinator or Plant Electrical Engineer to assist <br /> Decatur Industrial Electric in developing an organized sequence of work and to <br /> advise of safety requirements and lockout procedures, and <br /> 5. Remove any obstacles to allow access to the equipment outlined in this Agreement, <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> D. Compensation <br /> The City shall pay to Decatur Industrial Electric the total sum of Forty Five Thousand <br /> Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and No Cents ($45,772.00), specifically <br /> $38,448.48 for the South Water Treatment Plant electrical equipment and <br /> $7,323.52 for the Raw Water pump Station electrical equipment,for performance of <br /> the services by Decatur Industrial Electric as set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> Any additional labor required to implement any repairs or work outside of the work <br /> outlined in this Agreement and Exhibit A shall be performed only at the City's written <br /> direction and authorization. Any delay in the performance of work due to the actions of <br /> the City will be billed as additional work by Decatur Industrial Electric. City agrees that <br /> Decatur Industrial Electric will not be responsible for the completion of any additional <br /> required documentation regarding delay time in order to collect delay time charges. <br /> E. Time of Performance <br /> All services and reports from Decatur Industrial Electric shall be performed and <br /> delivered to the City in a timely manner. <br /> F. Termination <br /> The City may cancel this Agreement at any time due to the failure of Decatur Industrial <br /> Electric to perform any portion thereof. In such event,the City shall pay Decatur <br /> Industrial Electric only for that work actually performed. <br />
