That the proposed improvement shall consist of Engineering Design Services for pavement improvements to South Main Street and South Franklin Street tentetively to consist of: South Franklin Street-Asphalt concrete inlay. South Main Street- Full replacement between Decatur and Cleveland, asphalt concrete inlay between Decatur and Wood. and shall be constructed Variable wide and be designated as Section 10-00013-00-FP 2. That there is hereby appropriated the(additional ❑ Yes � No) sum of One Hundred and One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Seventy Four pollars( $101,774.00 )for the improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3. That work shatl be done by Contract with Homer L. Chastain&Associates, LLP ; and, Specify Contract or Day Labor BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation.
