R2010-229 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> 101 MAIN PLACE, LLC <br /> - PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and 101 Main Place, LLC, for the Parking Lease regarding twelve parking spaces in <br /> front of One Main Place be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
