Zion, <br /> 4.2 Technical Committee <br /> The Technical Committee shall consist of several representing transportation planning or <br /> implementing agencies whose responsibility in whole or in part is within the MPA. Unless <br /> changed by the Policy Committee the following positions will be represented on the Technical <br /> Committee: <br /> - County Engineer,Macon County Highway Department <br /> - Executive Director, Decatur Park District <br /> - Programming Engineer, IDOT, District 7 <br /> - Village Administrator, Village of Forsyth <br /> - Transit Administrator, Decatur Public Transit System <br /> - Director, Decatur Department of Public Works <br /> - City Engineer, Decatur Department of Public Works <br /> - Village Administrator, Village of Mt. Zion <br /> - DUATS Study Director <br /> - Transportation Planner, Decatur Dept. of Planning & Building Services <br /> - Director, Macon County Department of Planning&Zoning <br /> - Chairman, Transportation Committee, Macon County Board <br /> 4.3 Advisory Committee <br /> The Advisory Committee shall consist of representatives from Federal and State agencies with <br /> transportation interests in the MPA. Unless changed by the Policy Committee the following <br /> positions will be represented on the Advisory Committee: <br /> - IDOT, Office of Planning & Programming, MPO Manager <br /> - FHWA, Illinois Division, Planning and Environment Team Leader <br /> - FTA, Program Development Officer <br /> Article 5. Powers and Duties of the Committees <br /> Policy Committee <br /> 5.1 The Policy Committee shall have the authority to enact by-laws governing or directing <br /> the activities and procedures of DUATS and expanding the terms of this Agreement, provided <br /> such by-laws do not conflict with the terms of this agreement; <br /> 5.2 The DUATS Policy Committee and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) <br /> shall jointly share the responsibility for developing and maintaining the transportation plans and <br /> DU4TS Inte���ro>>ernmen/crl Agrcement, Oclobe�•301 D <br />
