R2010-206 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR <br /> WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II <br /> CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Change Order No. 1 for the Water System Improvements Phase II <br /> Construction Contract with Christy-Foltz, Inc. be accepted, accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That Change Order No. 1 establish the final completion date as September 30, <br /> 20l 0, at no cost to either party. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order No. 1 between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Christy- <br /> Foltz, Inc. <br /> Section 4.
