To notify the route changes to the media, the Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Postal Service, <br /> Emergency Services and to the affected businesses to minimize the possible impacts within 21 days after <br /> execution of the AGREEMENT. <br /> II. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED <br /> 1. The STATE agrees to pay the CITY a lump sum total of$2,245,000 upon execution of the <br /> AGREEMENT. <br /> 2. The STATE agrees to remove the Business US 51 Route Designation in its entirety from US 51 <br /> south of Decatur going north through Decatur to I-72 north of Decatur 21 days after execution of the <br /> AGREEMENT. Attached, is a map showing the location of the route designation removal. <br /> 3. All projects for the construction of fixed works which are financed in whole or in part with funds <br /> provided by this agreement shall be subject to the Prevailing Wage Act(820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.) unless <br /> the provisions of the Act exempt its application. <br /> 4. This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of the parties, their successors, <br /> and assigns. <br /> 5. Obligations of the STATE shall cease immediately without penalty or further payment being <br /> required if, in any fiscal year, the Illinois General Assembly or applicable Federal Funding source fails to <br /> appropriate or otherwise make available funds for the work contemplated herein. <br /> 6.
