, . � tl x �� 11 �`� �1�""' �� �.yr �f ► Witness this Agreement made this 20 day of september by and between NORD CLEANING SERVICE, INC. (NCS) and CITY OF DECATUR WATER DEPARTMENT. In consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter set forth and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, NCS and the Customer agree as follows: PURPOSE NCS will provide janitorial and other related services to the Customer for 1155 S. Martin Luther King, Decatur, IL. TERM The term of this Agreement shall commence on September 20,, 2010 and shall continue for a period of one year. However, this Agreement may be modified in the event of a change in the amount of either the Federal or State Minimum Wage Law. This Agreement shall automatically renew for a period of one year at the conclusion of each term unless cancelled by the parties in accordance with the provisions set forth below. CANCELtATION Either party will have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason after an initial ninety (90) day period, by giving (30) days written notice, by certified mail, to the other party. Such thirty (30) days will commence upon the other party's receipt of said notice. PRICE Customer agrees to pay NCS $485.00 per month for 2 days of service per week. This price does not include paper, plastic, and soap supplies. Project work such as stripping, waxing etc., or special billing cleaning is available upon request at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Carpet cleaning is available at the rate of.22 per square foot. No service shall be provided on the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Should any additional holidays be celebrated by Owner or Tenants then NCS will honor those as well. If service is provided on any of the above listed holidays the rate will be double the normal daily rate.
