� s= s i� a -�� #�'� ��' i �' Y +.3 � SUPPLIES NCS will provide all cleaning supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the listed services shown in the Specifications. PAYMENT OF SERVICES Payment shall be due on the last day of each month in which services are performed. A late charge of 1 '/% per month shall be paid by Customer to NCS on any past due payment not received within 15 days after the last day of the month in which services are performed. NCS may terminate this Agreement immediately due to non-payment within these terms. If Customer's account is referred to an agency or attorney for collection, reasonable attorney's fees and costs of collection shall be recoverable by NCS. TAXES AND RELATED EXPENSES The above price is based on present wages, taxes, and other costs. If any costs increase above those in effect on the date of the Agreement, Customer • ' agrees to a proportionate increase in the price. If Customer refuses an increase, NCS reserves the right to cancel this Agreement under the provisions set forth in Cancellation section shown above. INITIAL ClEAN-UP Many times when NCS starts a new job, the building is not up to the standards of NCS or Customer. An initial or construction cleaning of carpets, walls, floors, restrooms, light fixtures, etc. may be in the best interest of the Customer. This work cannot be done without an additional charge to cover the expense of extra labor and supplies. If the Customer chooses not to implement this program NCS will need at {east 90 days to make Customer's building come up to standard. Cost of an additional cleaning will be determined prior to the start date after inspecting Customer's facilities. STORAGE Customer agrees to furnish a locked storage area where equipment and supplies of NCS can be secured. Customer is responsible for the loss or use of NCS equipment and/or supplies during the hours when they are not in use by employees of NCS.
