Request for Honorary Street Sign in honor of Officer <br /> Robin Vogel from her sister, Suzie Brown <br /> Decatur City Council: <br /> I would like a memorial in place to honor my sister, Officer Robin <br /> G. Vogel, who gave her life in the line of duty over four years <br /> ago. I have stayed in contact with the City of Decatur via <br /> email/phone and have been advised the honorary street sign <br /> program has finally been approved. I have discussed with Billy <br /> Tyus and remain hopeful that once the police department has a <br /> new location a statue can be placed there in her honor as well. <br /> Please accept my letter and the letter from my/Robin's parents <br /> (attached) as a starting point to honor Robin's service to the City <br /> of Decatu r. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Suzie Brown <br />
