Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any <br /> questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact <br /> Funding for this project is allocated in the Motor Fuel Tax Fund. The recommended low bid <br /> amount is $81,300. The Motor Fuel Tax authorization is set at $100,000. <br /> Seal coat treatments are viewed by the Illinois Department of Transportation to be a maintenance <br /> activity rather than a capital improvement like an asphalt paving project.
