Specific <br /> deliverables that will come from this phase of the work are: <br /> Strategic Plan—Define the purposes of the interactives,identify key messages to be developed,identify <br /> the communication goals to be achieved,identify the audience,define how the new programs will support <br /> Decatur's long term goals, identify the results expected from the interactive and how they will be <br /> measured. <br /> Plan of Work—This stage considers project logistics,scope of work, and detailed project plans for the <br /> design phase schedule. Project team requirements are also identified. <br /> High-Level Design—Determine conceptual design. Identify narrative story lines that will be developed. <br /> Identify the"look and feel"that should be used. This will include: fonts,color and other graphic <br /> standard issues;music,narration,screen composition,navigation,user interface styles,etc. <br /> Content Outline—Define project content and assets and how they will be formatted for these <br /> presentations. <br /> Navigation Outline—Organize the content and outline a navigational structure. <br /> Final Storyboards—Rough sketches and descriptions of narrative script will be prepared and approved <br /> for every screen.This will give Decatur a very accurate understanding of how the final presentation will <br /> look and function. <br /> Proiect Schedule <br /> Key dates for this plan of work have yet to be determined. It is expected that the overall time frame will <br /> be at least two months from the signing and returning of this arrangement letter to Iona. <br /> Decatur Transfer House Design Arrangement Letter -4- May 2010 <br />
