R2010-93 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> BARBECK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Service Agreement between the City of Decatur and Barbeck <br /> Communications to provide service and maintenance for Emergency Communications Center <br /> and Municipal Services Center communication equipment be, and it is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Communications Service Agreement between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and Barbeck Communications in an amount not to exceed $34,488.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 3`d day of May, 2010. <br /> , <br /> CHA L T.
