M MOTOROLA <br /> North America Government and Commercial Markets <br /> 4/16/2010 <br /> Barbeck Communications <br /> This letter represents that Barbeck Communications cunently has the following service status <br /> relationships with Motorola: <br /> Motorola Premier Service Partner <br /> Motorola Warranty Repair Center <br /> As a Motorola Service Partner, Barbeck Communications has authorized service locations in the <br /> cities of Decatur,Urbana, Danville,Bourbonnais, and Effingham in Illinois. 'These locations <br /> service the counties of Champaign, Vermillion, Ford, Iroquois,Kankakee, Edgar, Coles,DeWitt, <br /> Macon, Logan, Shelby, Effingham, Clay, Jasper as well as parts of the surrounding counties. As a <br /> Motorola Premier Service Partner, Barbeck Communications has been authorized by Motorola to <br /> perform maintenance, installation and warranty services for select Motorola products such as two- <br /> way radio systems, consoles, and subscriber units. Being a Motorola Premier Service Partner <br /> means that Barbeck Communications meets Motorola's stringent service requirements including <br /> compliance with Motorola's internal Environmental Health and Safety policy. In addition, a <br /> minimum number of a Service Partner's technicians must achieve certification and meet rigorous <br /> training requirements necessary to perform certain services on both new and existing Motorola <br /> radio systems and subscribers. <br /> Barbeck Communications is also a Warranty Repair Center with warranty repair service locations <br /> listed above. As a Warranty Repair Center,Barbeck Communications can perform warranty <br /> services for only those two-way radio products listed in the cunent version of the Motorola Dealer <br /> Price Book. A Warranty Repair Center must also be compliant with Motorola's internal Environmental <br /> Health and Safety policy. <br /> Please note that both the Motorola Premier Service Pariner and Warranty Repair Center <br /> authorizations expire 12/31/2010 at which time this status will automatically renew provided <br /> Barbeck Communications has met all requirements necessary to maintain both authorizations. <br /> Please note this letter does not prohibit Barbeck Communications from offering services <br /> independent of this authorization. <br /> If you have any additional questions,please don't hesitate to contact me. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Bob Stallwitz <br /> Motorola Customer Support Manager <br /> 309-353-4140 <br />
