RESOLUTION NO. R2010-89 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE K-MART PLAZA SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAN BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement authorizing the replacement of the City's sanitary sewer pump station and the replacement of the force main located by the old K-Mart Plaza, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and the Sanitary District of Decatur, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized by law. Section 3. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Sanitary District of Decatur, for an additional fee of$50,000 for a total amount of $537,000.00.
