AOK TNI <br /> Taxi is willing and able to accept the responsibilities, obligations and terms <br /> of the city agreement, for operation uplift. <br /> AOK TNI Taxi currently provide services for operation uplift to people with <br /> disabilities who are unable to use the Decatur bus system. <br /> AOK "I`NI Taxi would like for the City of Decatur to pay fares subsidies <br /> directly to AOK T`NI Taxi for all eligible riders if we receive this contract. <br /> AOK TNI Taxi will fill out the proper paper work as it relate to operation <br /> uplift. Log sheets of the scheduled trips, showing the operation uplift rides <br /> scheduled for that day by 8:OOam each day. <br /> AOK TNI Taxi will submit to the city weekly, when the cab company seeks �'� <br /> fare subsidy reimbursement. ', <br /> AOK TNI Taxi will operate taxicabs on all of the dates and times that the II� <br /> Decatur public Transit system are scheduled to be in operation. <br /> AOK TNI Taxi provide sedans, vans and pt cruisers that are licensed and <br /> equipped according to the city codes of Decatur. All vehicle are kept clean <br /> and comfortable. Each driver will be equipped with two-way radios. <br />
