R2010-79 I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT <br /> FOR ADA ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION SERVICES <br /> - EASTER SEALS CENTRAL ILLINOIS, INC. - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal of Easter Seals Central Illinois, Inc., be accepted and an <br /> Agreement be awarded accordingly for providing ADA eligibility determination services to the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System. <br /> Section 2.
