the Authority for distribution to the payees. <br /> (c) The request by the Authority for a payment shall designate the payee thereof, the <br /> amount of such payment and the reason or purpose for the payment. Such request shall also <br /> designate the project as described on Exhibit A upon which such payment is to be made. <br /> (d) Payments from the Fund may include payments for professional services, including <br /> engineers, attorneys and consultants. <br /> (e) The City shall, upon request of the Authority, keep the Authority informed as to <br /> the balance of money in the Fund, from time to time, which may be used for payments for the <br /> projects and other expenses authorized by this Agreement. <br /> (f� If payments for any permits are required by any government agency to be made in <br /> order to work on one or more projects, then the Fund shall be used for such payments. <br /> (g) Payments from the Fund may be made to the Authority for and on behalf of work <br /> performed by employees on the staff of the Authority who perform work or services on any specific <br /> project enumerated on Exhibit A attached hereto. Rates of compensation shall be based on the <br /> usual and normal rate received by such member of the staff from the Authoriry for his or her usual <br /> work duties. Further, any materials used by the Authority in performance of work on any specific <br /> project in Exhibit A may be paid to the Authority and charged to the Fund. <br /> 6. Devletion of Fund. The parties shall keep each other advised of the status and costs of <br /> the projects and of the amount of the Fund so that the parties may determine the timing of the � <br /> existence and eventual termination of the Fund. The parties shall agree between themselves as to <br /> when any further payments from the Fund will cease at which time there shall be no other <br /> payments made or obligations incurred against the Fund. <br /> Page -4- <br />
