?. Reports. Any reports required to be made by reason of the use of money from the <br /> Fund or the erformance of an activi in connections with the ro'ects to an overnment <br /> p Y tY P J Y g <br /> agency, including, but not limited to, the United States Department of Energy, or any other agency <br /> of the United States Government or State of Illinois or any other government unit, such reports <br /> shall be made by the City. The Authority shall cooperate with the City in making such reports by <br /> furnishing to the City such information as is in the possession of the Authority concerning the <br /> projects. The Authority shall require all contractors to comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage <br /> Act Certified Payroll Statement(820 ILCS 130/5). <br /> 8. Law. The parties hereto, being the City and the Authority, in fulfillment of their <br /> respective responsibilities hereunder, shall abide by all applicable Federal, State and governmental <br /> laws, rules and regulations having jurisdiction over the projects, including, but not limited to, The <br /> American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Buy American Act and Davis-Bacon Act. <br /> 9. Sevarabilitv. If any term, condition, covenant or provision of this Agreement or the <br /> application thereof to any party or circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, <br /> the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such term or provision to persons or <br /> circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected <br /> thereby, and such term, covenant, condition and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and be <br /> enforced to the fullest extent provided by law. <br /> 10. Previous Inter�overnmental A�reements. All previous Intergovernmental <br /> Agreements heretofore entered into by the City and the Authority are not, by this Agreement, <br /> hereby impaired or limited in any manner and said previous Intergovernmental Agreements, as <br /> Page -5- <br />
