Any reports required to be made by reason of the use of money from the Fund or the erformance of an activi in connections with the ro'ects to an overnment p Y tY P J Y g agency, including, but not limited to, the United States Department of Energy, or any other agency of the United States Government or State of Illinois or any other government unit, such reports shall be made by the City. The Authority shall cooperate with the City in making such reports by furnishing to the City such information as is in the possession of the Authority concerning the projects. The Authority shall require all contractors to comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act Certified Payroll Statement(820 ILCS 130/5). 8. Law. The parties hereto, being the City and the Authority, in fulfillment of their respective responsibilities hereunder, shall abide by all applicable Federal, State and governmental laws, rules and regulations having jurisdiction over the projects, including, but not limited to, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Buy American Act and Davis-Bacon Act. 9. Sevarabilitv. If any term, condition, covenant or provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any party or circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and such term, covenant, condition and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent provided by law. 10. Previous Inter�overnmental A�reements. All previous Intergovernmental Agreements heretofore entered into by the City and the Authority are not, by this Agreement, hereby impaired or limited in any manner and said previous Intergovernmental Agreements, as Page -5-
