RESOLUTION NO. R2010-52 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR A TRANSIT OPERATING ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> - FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mass Transit Administrator be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to file an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit <br /> Administration, for an Operating Assistance Grant for FFY-2010 in the amount of$591,826 and <br /> that said officer be, and he is hereby further directed and authorized to sign and execute such <br /> documents as are necessary to effect and complete said application. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010. <br /> i <br /> ,� <br /> CH EL T.
