Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting <br /> to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> A loan through the Public Water Supply Loan Program has been approved for engineering and <br /> construction costs associated with the construction of the South Elevated Water Storage Tank, <br /> Booster Pump Station, and the Water Distribution Main from the South Water Treatment Plant to the <br /> City's elevated water tanks on East Garfield and West Division. No payments are made to the <br /> contractors until approved by the I-EPA and the funds have been received by the City. Contingency <br /> funding is currently provided in the loan agreement. <br /> Staffing Impact: <br /> BGM and the City provide inspection for this work. <br /> This memorandum was prepared by Matthew C.
