This is followed by an estimate of project expenses. <br /> AECOM Design+Planning (formerly EDAW AECOM): $144,000 <br /> AECOM D+P will provide overall project leadership, planning, landscape architecture, community <br /> outreach, and graphic/document production. We are ultimately responsible for the final delivery of the <br /> master plan, and will coordinate the efforts of the team to ensure the plan is successfully completed. <br /> AECOM Economics(formerly ERA AECOM): $ 45,000 <br /> AECOM Economics will provide economic and market analysis services to help establish a framework of <br /> options for consideration during concept development, and analysis of the master plan options as they <br /> develop to help establish feasibility and economic impact to the community and Park District. <br /> AECOM(Peoria): $ 27,500 <br /> Our AECOM engineering team in Peoria will provide all services related to site utilities and infrastructure, <br /> as well as assessments for building mechanical systems. <br /> Edgewater Group: $ 45,000 <br /> Edgewater Group wiil provide marina master planning services and associated financial and operational <br /> anatyses. <br /> BauerLatoza Studio: $ 26,500 <br /> BauerLatoza Studio will review of all six structures within Nelson Park, focusing on the two WPA <br /> structures, including historic research, photo documentation, code compliance, structural, and potential for <br /> adaptive reuse. <br /> Innis Consulting: $ 7,500 <br /> Innis Consulting will provide transportation analysis and assist in the community outreach process. <br /> Subtotal: $295,500 <br /> EDAW has evolved. <br /> Our name is now AECOM,as our Design+P�anning professionals <br /> work in concert with a wider range of experts to enhance and sustain <br /> the world's built,natural and social environments. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
