RESOLUTION NO. R2010-31 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> TESKA ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> - DECATUR AREA SUSTAINABILITY PLAN - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Teska Associates, Inc. regarding the development of the Decatur Area <br /> Sustainability Plan be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
