RESOLUTION NO. R2010-OS <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR FOR THE REHABILITATION OF <br /> THE K-MART PLAZA SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement <br /> authorizing the replacement of the City's sanitary sewer pump station and the replacement of the <br /> force main located by the old K-Mart Plaza, presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and the Sanitary District of Decatur, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
