The Bui7der's Risl:policy shall insure againsi loss of perils on an "All Rislc" basis including theft. Such policy shall be in a provisional amount equa] to the total contract price, or such other amount as shall be satisfactory to.the Sanitaly District of Decatur, and a duplicate policy thereof shall be provided to the Sanitary District of Decatui�tlu•ougli the Engineer. The Builder's Rislc Insurance, as specifed herein, shall be a primary coverage in relation to any other policies, which the Sanitary Disirict of Decatur may maintain on its property, including'the property covere.d b}�tlus Contract, and the policy shall uiclude a suitable endorsement to tlus effect. (b) The deductible shall not exceed.$2,50� and the deductible arnount shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Coverage provided by the Contractor shall be limited.and defined by the actual terms and conditions of the policy. 1 4 An insurance company or companies satisfactory to the Sanitary District.of Decatul- shall write said insurance required in this section. Before commencing any worlc hereunder, certificates evidencing the maintenance of worlcer's compensation, general liability and automobile liability and umbrella liability shall be furnished to the Sanitary District of Decatur and shall contain substantially the following cancellation provision: "The insurance evidenced by this certificate will noi be canceled or materially reduced except after 30 days from receipt by the Sanitary District of Decatur and the Enguieer of written notice thereof" "The Worlcer's Compensatioil insurance evidenced by this certification is valid in the State of Illinois." �ny subcontractor of the Contractol�shall be requu�ed to procure and maini��in durui� the life of the subcontract, insurance the same as required of the Contractor�hei-eunder and to comply with the provisions of this article, except that the full Owner-'s Protective Coverage shall be provided by tlle General Contractor.
