Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement <br /> K-Mart Pump Station Replacement <br /> ADDENDLJM #1 <br /> This is strictly an estimate and due to uncertain economic conditions, the costs may vary <br /> greatly from this estimate. <br /> Upon bid opening, the DISTRICT will provide CITY with bid amounts and CITY will <br /> provide concurrence letter advising district to proceed, prior to DISTRICT entering into <br /> construction agreement. <br /> Paragraph 8 is amended as follows: <br /> Paragraph 8. CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION <br /> OF THE NEW K-MART PUMP STATION AND FORCE MA1N <br /> The DISTRICT will, upon completion and acceptance of plans and specifications for the <br /> New K-MART Pump Station and Force Main Project, contract with the firm of Bainbridge, <br /> Gee, Milanski& Associates, Inc., 1670 S.Taylarville Rd., Decatur, Illinois 62521, for <br /> construction supervision of subject project. See attached Exhibit 'C-1' <br /> The District agrees, in construction of the pump station and farce main, to require <br /> compliance with all municipal, state,and federal laws, including but not limited to, Prevailing <br /> Wage laws. <br /> All other paragraphs and responsibilities of the original agreement remain in force, including but I, <br /> not limited to the CITY obligation to be solely responsible for funding this project. '' <br />
