City of Decatur <br /> Pines Shopping Center TIF <br /> Joint Review Board <br /> WHEREAS, the Cit}� of Decatur, Illinois is considering the adoption of the Pines <br /> Shopping Cenier Tax Increment Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") and the Pines <br /> Shopping Center Redevelopment Project Area (the "Area") pursuant to the "Tax <br /> Increinent Allocation Redevelopment Act", 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1 et. seq. (the "Act"); and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirenients of the Act, the City of Decatur has convened a <br /> Joint Review Board for the purpose of reviewing the Plan and the Area; and <br /> � �+ i � v' w Board has eaamined tl�e Plau_ tl�e ublic recard. lannin <br /> V�H�REAS, the .oint Re ie p , p � <br /> documents and the proposed ordinance approving the P1an; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Joint Review Board desires to recommend approval of the Plan and the <br /> Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ItESOLVED THAT: <br /> Section 1. The Pines Shopping Center TIF Joint Review Board hereby recommends that <br /> the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois should approve the Plan and the Area <br /> pursuant to the Act. <br /> Section 2. The report attached hereto and made a part hereof reflects that the Plan meets <br /> one or more objectives of the Act ai7d the plan requirements and the eli�;ibility criteria <br /> defined in Section ] 1-74.4-3 of the Act has been met. <br /> Section 3. The Plan and Area satisfy the plan requirements and the eligibility criteria set <br /> fortl� in l 1-74.4-3 of the Act. <br /> Section 4.
