Project Management and Administration <br /> This item is for preparing and maintaining a project schedule,management and <br /> planning of staff services,project meetings, coordination with client and preparing <br /> necessary monthly reports. <br /> 3 hours and $ 324.00 (Including direct costs) <br /> 2. Contract Documents <br /> This item includes preparation, design and QC/QA of all project documents to be <br /> used for the dredging of Lake Decatur Basin 1 by a private contractor. We have <br /> estimated a total of 6 additional drawings to be prepared and a Project Manual <br /> consisting of the necessary bid documents along with appropriate specifications to <br /> ensure all work is completed to the satisfaction of the City. <br />
