TASK ORDER NO. 15 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JUNE 16,2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black&Veatch <br /> Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services subject to the Agreement was previously expanded with <br /> Task Order No. 14 to include a study with four separate tasks for evaluation of supplemental <br /> raw water supply alternatives for drinking water production; <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner and Engineer agree with this Task Order No. 15 to extend the time <br /> allowed for delivery of a draft report for Task 4 from 60 days, as previously stipulated in <br /> Attachment B of Task Order No. 14, to 90 days; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, Owner <br /> and Engineer agree to amend Task Order#14 as stipulated in this Task Order No. 15. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Task Order No.15 and its effective <br /> date shall be December 1. 2009 <br /> CITY OF DECATUR BLACK& VEATCH CORPORATION <br /> OWNER ENGINEER <br /> r, <br /> R <br /> � � 1 <br /> r <br /> By: By; ) ��-- :' �C + <br /> John R.
