Wood <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set out above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the officers and employees of the City be, and they are hereby, autho- <br /> rized and directed to give such notice and to take such action as may be provided by law, includ- <br /> ing application for order of court, to cause said structures to be put in safe condition or, if not so <br /> repaired to be demolished. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of N vember, 2009. <br /> ATT T: A .
