(c) The Redeveloper must submit ceitified payrol(s, on a tnonthly basis, to assure the <br /> payment of prevailing wage. This requiretnent appties to all contractors and <br /> subcontractoi�s working on the Project. Certified paycolls shall be submitted to <br /> Assistant City Manager for Development Services. The City reserves the right to <br /> interview contracto��s employees ou the job to ascertain compliance with tliis <br /> requirement, <br /> 16.2 A�rthorized Representatives. <br /> 1G.2.1 Redeveloper. By compiying witli the nofice provisions hereof, the Redeveloper <br /> shall designate an authorized representative from time to time, wl7o, unless <br /> applicable taw requires action by the Board of Di��ectoes of the Redeveloper,shali <br /> l�ave the power and authority to make or grant or do all things, requests, <br /> demands, approvals, consents, agreements and otl�er actions required or <br /> desct•ibed in this Agreement for and on behalf of the Redeveloper. <br /> 16.2.2 City. By complying with tlie notice provisions he��eof, the CiTy shall designate <br /> an ai�thorized i•epresentative from tiine to time, who shall communicate with the <br /> Redevetope►• on behalf of the City. Such representative shall not have the <br /> authority to make agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> 16.3 Entire Age•eement. The terms and conditions set fo��th in this Agreement and exhihits <br /> attached hereto supersede all prior oral and written undei•standings and constitute the <br /> entire agt�eement between the City and the Redeveloper with ��espect to t6e subject matter <br /> hereof, <br /> 16.4 Binding Upon Successors in Interest. This Agreement shall be binding upon all the <br /> parties hereto and tl�eir i�espective heirs, successors, administ��ators, assigns or other <br /> successors in interest. <br /> 16.5 Titles of Paragraphs. Titles of the sevet�al paE•ts, paragraphs, sections or articles of this <br /> Agreement are i��se��ted for convenience of reference only, and shall be disregarded in <br /> construing or interpt•eting any pr•ovision hereof. <br /> 16.5 Notices.
