► ' <br /> MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR,AND MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> ARTICLE I - PURPOSE <br /> This Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") is entered into by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois ("Decatur") and the County of Macon, Illinois ("Macon County") ("the parties") <br /> for the purpose of establishing a mutual framewark governing the respective responsibilities of <br /> the parties for the provision of digital aerial photography of Macon County. <br /> ARTICLE II - SCOPE <br /> Goods and services which Macon County will provide under this MOA include: aerial <br /> photography and LiDAR data for all of Macon County. <br /> ARTICLE III - INTERGOVERNMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> To provide for consistent and effective communication between Decatur and Macon <br /> County, each party shall appoint a Principal Representative to serve as its central point of contact <br /> on matters relating to this MOA. <br /> FOR DECATUR: FOR MACON COUNTY: <br /> Brad Boesdorfer Joshua Tanner <br /> GIS Manager GIS Specialist <br /> 1 Gary K. Responsibilities of Macon County <br /> 1. Macon County shall provide Decatur with 3-band (RGB 6-inch pixel color digital <br /> orthophoto imagery in GEOTiff with TWF format for all of Macon County after <br /> January 1, 2011. <br /> 2. Macon County shall provide Decatur with raw and post processed LiDAR for all of <br /> Macon County after January 1, 201 l. <br /> 3. Macon County shall load the data on any workday after January 1, 2011. <br /> B. Responsibilities of Decatur <br /> 1. Decatur shall provide a USB 2.0 portable storage device ("USB Drive") of sufficient <br /> storage capacity to hold the entire dataset. <br /> 1 <br />
