That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 09-28, 2009 <br /> Trenchless Long Lining Repairs project, and presented herewith be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of $409,565.60 be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
