R2009-193 ' <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR ' <br /> 2009 SANITARY SEWER TRENCHLESS POINT REPAIRS <br /> CITY PROJECT 09-29 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 09-29, 2009 i� <br /> Sanitary Sewer Trenchless Point Repairs project, and presented herewith be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of $233,335.00 be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
