SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> The Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements of Title XII of the American Recovery <br /> and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5 (Recovery Act) that established the Homeless <br /> Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program, as published on March 19, 2009, and as amended <br /> from said date and all federal regulations and policies issued pursuant to these regulations. The <br /> Subrecipient further agrees to utilize funds available under this Agreement to supplement rather <br /> than supplant funds otherwise available. <br /> VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. General Compliance <br /> The Subrecipient agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and <br /> regulations governing the funds provided undei�this contract. <br /> B.
