That the Agreement authorizing the professional services for the Police <br /> Department Space Needs Study, presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and PSA-Dewberry Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
