We have also provided you with <br /> a proposal to install temporary shoring to support the steel beams to grade that are heavily <br /> deteriarated, and to install necessary partitions at the bottom of the ramp that leads to level 2. All <br /> of this work will be performed in accordance with the drawin�s that where drawn by BWC <br /> Engineers. <br /> Our proposal includes required work permit and a professional engineer stamped drawings for <br /> the temporary shoring. All work will be performed during normal business hours, Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> Our scope of work is as follows: <br /> Level 2 Concrete Removal and installation of temporarv protection approximately 6,400 sf <br /> • Remove the loose concrete using pneumatic chipping hammers. <br /> • Install 2" X 4" lumber between the eye beams allowing them to rest on the flanges and <br /> fasten 1/2" plywood to the 2" X 4" lumber per the drawings, to keep and future <br /> concrete from falling <br /> Shorin� <br /> • Install necessary sharing per the stamped drawings by a Licensed Engineer that we will <br /> provide for you. <br /> 2501 North Colt Road Springfield IL. 62707 Phone 217-544-3474 Fax 217-544-7615 <br />
