R2009-147 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF CONTRACT <br /> - SUBURBAN DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING - <br /> - HOUSEHOLD RECYCLING SERVICES - <br /> WHEREAS, the contract between the City and Suburban Disposal to provide for <br /> residential curbside recycling pickup terminates on September 30, 2009; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur and Suburban Disposal desire to extend said contract for <br /> an additional six (6) months. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
