- • ' (b) Garag�e C, Securitv One Security person will be provided by the Authority <br /> during the following hours, Monday thru Friday of each week, except scheduled <br /> City holidays between the hours of 10:00 AM AND 6:00 PM. <br /> (c) Additional Securitv. If the City desires additional security persons to be <br /> used at either or both of the two Garages, then the City shall advise the Authority of <br /> the number of security persons desired, the location and the hours to be used. The <br /> City shall pay the Authority for such additional security persons the sum of$13.11 <br /> per hour per person upon being billed therefore by the Authority. <br /> 5. Fees. All fees or charges for use of Garage B Shall be fixed from time to <br /> time by the City. The Authority shall collect such of those fees and charges as it is <br /> from time to time directed so to do by the City through the City Manager and shall <br /> not permit any motor vehicle to be parked in said facility without charge except on <br /> the express direction of the City. <br /> 6. Remit Funds. The Authority shall weekly, in a bank or banks designated <br /> by the City, deposit all moneys collected during that week by the Authority as <br /> parking fees under the provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 7. Records. The Authority shall keep daily records of money receipts and <br /> transmit the same to the City upon request. Further, tickets, receipts or other <br /> documents or instruments used to substantiate the records, books or accounts of the <br /> Authority shall be maintained by the Authority subject to examination, inspection <br /> and audit of such records, books and accounts at any and all reasonable times by the <br /> City. <br /> 3 <br />
