- � � 8. Insurance. The City and the Authority have heretofore entered into an <br /> Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement pertaining to mutual self-insurance and <br /> purchase of various types of insurance coverages, including but not limited to, <br /> comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage, <br /> workers compensation insurance and surety bonds. The coverages under said <br /> Agreement include but are not limited to theft, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of <br /> privacy, false arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention and such other <br /> coverages as were deemed necessary by the parties hereto. <br /> 9. Law. The Authority, in fulfillment of its responsibilities hereunder, shall <br /> abide by all Statutes of the State of Illinois and all ordinances of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois with regard to fair employment practices, and the Authority shall further, in <br /> the performance of this Contract, in no manner discriminate among persons or <br /> employees or otherwise for any purpose based upon race, color, religion, sex, <br /> national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, disability or unfavorable discharge from <br /> military service. <br /> 10. Emplo,�. The Authority shall employ only persons of good moral <br /> character and reputation to work in Garage B and for security purposes. Further, the <br /> Authority shall furnish the name and identity of each prospective employee to be <br /> used for such purpose for approval by the City. <br /> 11. Compensation. <br /> (a).
