- • � (I) The sum of$86,484.00 per year, payable in monthly installments of <br /> $7,207.00 each on the fourth day of each month from August 4, 2009 through <br /> August 3, 2010 (or such prorata amount for any time less than one calendar month); <br /> (II) The sum of$88,224.00 per year, payable in monthly installments of <br /> $7,351.00 each on the fourth day of each month from August 4, 2010 through <br /> August 3, 2011 (or such prorata amount for any time less than one calendar month); <br /> (III) The sum of$89,976.00 per year, payable in monthly installments of <br /> $7,498.00 each on the fourth day of each month from August 4, 2011 through <br /> August 3, 2012 (or such prorata amount for any time less than one calendar month). <br /> 12. Term. The term of this Contract shall begin August 4, 2009, and shall <br /> continue through August 3, 2011. <br /> 13. Termination. Either party hereto may terminate this Agreement upon <br /> sixty days' prior written notice to the other party. <br /> 14. Services Furnished. The Authority shall, in carrying out the terms of this <br /> Agreement: <br /> (a) Furnish prompt, safe, efficient and courteous service adequate to <br /> meet all demands for its services required under this Agreement. <br /> (b) Furnish said service on a fair, equal and non-discriminatory basis to <br /> all users thereof. <br /> (c) Provide attendants having a neat and clean appearance at all times. <br /> 5 <br />
