- � ' (d) Maintain a close watch over attendants to insure that they shall <br /> discharge their duties in a safe, courteous and efficient manner and maintain a <br /> high standard of safety and service to the public. <br /> (e) Use its best efforts in every proper manner to maintain and develop <br /> the business conducted by its hereunder and to increase the same. <br /> (� Not divert or cause to allow to be diverted any business from the <br /> facility. <br /> 15. Maintenance. It is understood and agreed that the City will at its own <br /> expense furnish all maintenance, upkeep and repairs for said facility and the <br /> equipment therein, except that the Authority and its employees shall keep their <br /> immediate working area at the collection booths clean and neat. <br /> 16. Parkin�Gara e Fund. All payments, reimbursements and expenses paid <br /> by City pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid from the Motor Vehicle Parking <br /> System Fund and no other fund of the City, and the Authority agrees to look only to <br /> such fund for any compensation or payment due it under the terms of this <br /> Agreement, all of the terms and conditions, covenants and agreements of which are <br /> expressly made subject to and shall be governed by the provisions of Ordinance No. <br /> 4686, provided however, the City shall give to the General Manager of the Authority <br /> a notice within seven calendar days after there is a balance of less than $10,000.00 in <br /> the Motor Vehicle Parking System Fund. <br /> 17. Securi . The security system used by the Authority for Garage B and <br /> Garage C is designed to deter certain risks of property damage, bodily injury and <br /> 6 <br />
