- ' criminal acts. There is no guarantee that no loss, injury or acts will occur. The <br /> Authority makes no warranty or guarantee that the services supplied by it will avert <br /> or prevent occurrences or losses that such service is designed to detect or avert. <br /> 18. Separabilitv. If any term, condition, covenant or provision of this <br /> Agreement or the application thereof to any party or circumstances shall, to any <br /> extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the <br /> application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those to <br /> which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and such <br /> term, covenant, condition and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and be <br /> enforced to the fullest extent provided by law. <br /> 19. Previous Intergovernmental Ag�eements. All previous Intergovernmental <br /> Agreements heretofore entered into by the City and the Authority are not, by this <br /> Agreement, hereby impaired or limited in any manner and said previous <br /> Intergovernmental Agreements, as amended, remain in full force and effect. <br /> 20. Entire A�reement of Parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire <br /> Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all <br /> negotiations, prior discussions and any preliminary agreements. <br /> 21. Modifications. This Agreement may not be modified or altered except in <br /> writing, signed by the parties hereto. <br /> 22. Headin�s. The headings contained herein are for convenience only and <br /> shall not be used to define, explain, modify or aid in the interpretation or <br /> construction of the contents. <br /> 7 <br />
