FOR <br /> LAKE DECATUR DAM REPAIRS, CITY PROJECT 09-02 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Second Amendment to the Agreement autharizing the engineering <br /> services for the design of repairs and construction documents to the spillway structure of Lake <br /> Decatur Dam, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Hanson <br /> Professional Services, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
