Review extent of deterioration in the structures. <br /> B. Analyze long-term durability or life-span of structures. <br /> C. Describe nature of deterioration and impact on current and future operations. <br /> D. Develop recommendations to address repair needs. <br /> E. Develop protection options to extend lifespan of structures. <br /> F. Develop cost estimates for repairs and anticipated maintenance projected over the <br /> next 10 years. <br /> 2.0 Deliverables <br /> Based on our research, field evaluations, analysis we will provide the following: <br /> 2.1 Parking Structure Condition Assessment Reports <br /> A. We will prepare a written report (with photographs) summarizing the field <br /> investigation, identifying observed deficiencies, research, and analysis, and <br /> providing recommended repair and maintenance items for each structure. <br /> B. Estimated costs for all repair and maintenance items will be provided. Repair items will <br /> be listed along with costs. The items and costs will be categor'¢ed as follows: <br /> 1. Immediate Safety/Compliance Repairs <br /> 2. Remedial and Short-Term Repairs <br /> 3. Preventative Maintenance Items <br /> 4. Enhancements/Improvement Items <br /> The report will have a one page executive summary that summarizes the overall <br /> condition of each structure, major recommendations and projected costs. <br /> 3.0 Client Review, Presentation, cnd Final Report <br /> 3.1 A Draft Report will be provided for the City's review. <br /> 3.2 We will meet with the City of Decatur personnel to review and discuss the report <br /> findings. <br /> --�- <br />
