R2009-69 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SPANNAUS CONSULTING, FRED SPANNAUS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the services for consultation and preparation <br /> of the 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness, presented to the Council herewith between <br /> the City of Decatur and Spannaus Consulting, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, in an amount not to exceed $6,200.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 18`h day of May, 2009. <br /> MI .
